He is the author of “Six-Word Lessons for Middle Managers.” A veteran community banker, Nick’s 25-year tenure in the industry was marked by progressive leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader, Managing Director of Treasury Management and Payment Solutions, and Head of Retail Banking and Marketing. His industry-wide acknowledgment as a ‘Rising Star’ by the Independent Community Bankers Association and a place on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list are testaments to his influential presence in the financial sector. Nick’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Leadership from Seattle University and graduation from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
