Nick Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer of OneAccord and a seasoned leader with over 25 years in the banking and business strategy sectors. Recognized as a Puget Sound Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree and an Independent Community Bankers Association “Rising Star,” Nick brings visionary leadership to OneAccord’s next chapter of growth. He is the author of Six-Word Lessons for Middle Managers, founder of Chosen Leader, and previously led Eighth Avenue Advisors before integrating it into OneAccord in 2024.
