He has been the driving force behind hundreds of growth initiatives, guiding organizations through strategic planning, innovation, and full-funnel marketing execution.

Since 1997, Andrew has led Marketing Solutions, Inc., specializing in strategic innovation development, growth optimization, and scaling programs for companies nationwide. His work is grounded in rigorous market research and real-world operational experience.

Signature Framework & Thought Leadership

Andrew developed and trademarked the MAP System™, a proprietary strategic planning framework that more than 500 companies have successfully implemented. In 2010, he published a book outlining this system and its proven methodologies. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington School of Business since 2012, teaching marketing strategy and research.
